Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order.
All order placed by 9.00am will be guaranteed to leave the same day (as soon as payment has been cleared).
Orders place after 9.00am may leave the same day but it is not guaranteed.
Your order will generally leave within one working day if placed after 9.00am.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a text message and email confirming that your order
is dispatched. Your consignment number and an approximate eta will also be listed on this
communication so that you are able to track and trace your order with the carrier directly.

Delivery Times:

Jetland Loading Ramp uses a combination of reliable General Freight carriers eg Hi-Trans, Northline,
TOLL EXPRESS, TOLL NQX, TOLL IPEC, TNT Road Express, Fastway and Couriers Please. All deliveries
are dispatched during business hours Monday – Friday 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. As a general rule of thumb metro cities are
usually delivered between 2-3 working days and regional deliveries can be anywhere from 3 up to 7
working days.

Home Delivery Update:

IMPORTANT
Please note that our freight carriers are now charging surcharges for deliveries to residential home deliveries (this includes rural properties and Home offices). To avoid these surcharges ($300) please ensure that you are shipping to a business or commercial premises. If you are unable to provide a business/commercial address please utilize the depot network.
If you have any questions or unsure if your address will be categorized as a business or residential premises please contact our office and we’ll be able to support with your enquiry.

Depot Deliveries:

Jetland Loading Ramp can ship Australia wide. If you do not have access to unloading facilities eg
forklift you have the option to send your order to the closest depot for collection.

If you nominate your order to be shipped to the closest depot you will receive an email and text
message once your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive another email
and text message once your goods arrive at the depot with all the pickup details and instructions.
Please note that the depot can only hold your order up to 10 working days. Any days after this may
incur extra storage/depot fees to the buyer.

Pickup:

If you have placed an order and would like to arrange a pickup from our Mordialloc Warehouse this
can be arrange between Monday – Friday 10:00am -5:00pm .
